Ersoylu Consulting was founded in 2003 by Dr. Leah M. Ersoylu to deliver policy and advocacy solutions to clients in Southern California.

Dr. Leah M. Ersoylu is the founder, President and CEO of Ersoylu Consulting, a strategic research & planning firm based in Orange County, CA. Dr. Leah M. Ersoylu holds a B.S. degree in Environment & Resource Economics from University of New Hampshire and a Ph.D. in Political Science, with a focus on public policy, from University of California, Irvine. She is a policy analyst and researcher by training with experience in grassroots advocacy in an array of public policy issues.

Dr. Ersoylu has nearly 10 years of non-profit experience at both the programmatic and management levels. She served as founding Director of Policy at Latino Health Access, a non-profit organization supporting the disenfranchised Latino community in Orange County, from 2004-2007. She occasionally serves as a lecturer at University of California, Irvine and California State University, Long Beach, where she teaches courses on Nonprofit Organizations, American Government, Urban Politics and Public Policy Analysis.

Mr. Sarp Ersoylu is the CFO of Ersoylu Consulting. He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and an M.B.A from California State University, Dominguez Hills. Having been involved in various large size public works construction projects including light rail transit systems, ports & harbors, and railroads for nearly a decade, Sarp Ersoylu has extensive technical knowledge of public budgetary processes and project management. Mr. Ersoylu is a registered professional civil engineer in the State of California and an expert in CPM scheduling.
